Of course, we are professional in OEM/ODM projects, and we protect all designs of each customer to ensure that we will not send your artwork to any other customers, nor sell your OEM products to anyone else. If you have any questions, please send us your inquiry.

Yes, we can provide customized samples for brand customers, but since it is assembled by engineers in person, we will charge a small sample fee. When the order reaches a certain quantity, the sample fee can be refunded in the payment. It usually takes us 7~10 days to prepare the sample, depending on which part of your design involves customization.

We have an experienced design and technical team, serving more than 100 brand customers worldwide. If you want to build your own design, then you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make drawings for your final confirmation. If you have any questions, you can contact us and we will respond to your request quickly.

The minimum order quantity takes 40~45 days. We have a complete independent production system from raw materials to finished products, which can ensure fast delivery even with large quantities. Through MES production system and ISO 9001:2015 production management system, Katro Appliance has the ability to handle your project in a short time and provide high-quality products. Our factory is certified by BSCI, ISO 9001:2015, and all products are certified by CE, CB, KC, FCC, Rohs, REACH, etc.

(1) Do not touch the glass panel during or after the cooker is working. The surface temperature is high. (2) Do not place the induction cooker on a metal countertop during operation. (3) Do not place metal objects or paper on the cooker during operation as they may become hot or cause a fire.
